I'm so glad I found your workouts. I love them. I've managed to double my dumbbell weight in 3 weeks.
Do you have any advice on how I can stop "locking" my knees during lifts or is it just a matter of being mindful?

Hi :) wow thank you so much for your amazing generosity! That’s awesome that you’ve already made so much progress!! RE: your knee- being mindful. Maybe training in front of a mirror. I always think soft knees and a gentle squeeze in my glutes whenever I’m standing. Thank you so much again!! I’m so grateful 🙏🙏
