I’m Taylor, a small farmer and beekeeper in Tuskegee, Alabama, working and learning on a little piece of the Black Belt Prairie.

Over the years, I’ve gathered a lot of information while growing plants, keeping bees, building a pollinator habitat, composting, experimenting with dry farming, improving difficult soil, and trying things that sometimes worked beautifully — and sometimes didn’t!
