I just realized my first — and only — post here was back in October 2024. So first, let me say I’m sorry I disappeared!
But I promise I haven’t been sitting still.
I’ve been busy working the farm, growing things, keeping bees, building our pollinator habitat, hosting field days, trying new projects, learning from the things that worked — and definitely learning from the things that didn’t.
And somewhere along the way, I accumulated a LOT of information.
For quite a while, I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to share all of it with you without making things complicated or putting everything behind a paywall.
I think I’ve finally figured it out.
I’m turning this little corner of Tuskegee Honey into a place where I can share free farm, garden and pollinator resources with you — booklets, bulletins, field guides and other things I've created from what we're doing and learning here on the farm.
Some will be about gardening. Some about farming. Some about pollinators, composting, soil, useful plants, dry farming, hibiscus and whatever else we happen to be working on.
And they're free.
Take what interests you. Read it on your phone or computer, print it out, stick it in your garden notebook — whatever works for you.
I'm really glad you're here, and I'm looking forward to finally sharing more of what I've been working on.
So, welcome back — or if you're new here, welcome! 🌻
We've got some catching up to do.
