About Aligned Birth
writing downloadable workshops for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Aligned workshops are being built by Gillian Dawn (an experienced Kiwi midwife) and Kate Apanui (a respected Kiwi life coach) to provide mental and emotional support to pregnant women and individuals in the lead up to childbirth. We do this by utilising the skill of self-enquiry as we support women to turn toward their own discomfort in order to learn from it. Aligned wholeheartedly supports the possibility that every woman is capable of enjoying a positive birth experience, regardless of the circumstances surrounding it.
