This update to YouTube Star Rating brings several improvements:
I fixed an issue where ratings for shorts were incorrectly translated when comments were displayed and the like/dislike buttons were overlayed.
I reduced network requests by removing YouTube Star Rating from the ads appearing on shorts.
I started code optimization and refactorization to increase readability, laying the groundwork for open sourcing.
