The ultimate rating system for YouTube is back as a browser extension.

YouTube removed dislike counts from videos on November 10th, 2021, and later restricted access to dislike data via their API on December 13th, 2021. An independent rating system was developed to address the lack of transparency in video ratings: a browser extension offering star ratings from 1 to 5 for more accurate feedback. This extension aims to provide users clearer insights into video quality compared to YouTube's original system, which relied on like/dislike counts, perceived as reflecting preference rather than quality.
