I've been in the metaphorical forest since the sudden death of my husband in 1998.

The journey has been beautiful, treacherous, all encompassing, stunning, satisfying and surprising. 

It has included a long list of healing modalities and trainings throughout the world. Vipassana, yoga & kirtan in India; Ecstatic dance and mindfulness in Bali; Fasting & Prayer in Thailand; Ceremony & Ritual in China & Tibet; Spiritual Psychology & plant medicine throughout the US. 

The breath, nature, and yoga have been my powerhouses teachers along with death and currently Mount Shasta!

I have found deep wisdom in the silence of my heart and look forward to holding space for you to find your own.
