Releasing all obstacles to just letting it wash over me

and not feeling like I have to do something about it

because that's what ties my body and my mind in knots

and then I'm not doing what I came here to do

and I'm no use to anybody when I'm in that state

feeling all of the truths move through my body like water

and the places where I'm resisting are the rocks

Huh, okay...

and I love sitting at a rocky river

with the water having something to splash off of

for little animals to take refuge on

and if my body is a river

why would I want to get rid of the little rocks

which are all these little spots of tension in me

So it's not the fact that the tension is there that is causing the pain

the tension is a natural balance to "untension"

I'm making up words now

All words are made up!

So if it's not the tension itself that causes the pain

what causes the pain?

It's the resistance to feeling the tension

It's the resistance to allowing the tension to be there

and the natural tension that goes along with holding that form together

If there was no tension, that form would dissolve

so there has to be tension to hold it together

the trick is knowing when it's time to not hold it together

knowing when it's time for that form to dissolve

and sometimes when we hold too tightly

that's when the lightening bolt has to hit

to break up that resistance

so the dissolving that it's time for can take place

but that doesn't mean tension is bad or wrong

or that we don't want tension

because sometimes we want to create things that have form

the freedom comes from realizing that you can create anything into form

and uncreate it, and go do something else

nothing that is created has to continue in its current form indefinitely

everything in nature goes through death and rebirth

Having some thoughts that bring up my butt tension

Ok, why are you there?

What is your purpose?

How are you helping me?

What you are helping me hold together

that I'm afraid to let dissolve?
