Proper bone in pork chops was a little difficult to find in Thailand. But recently it’s been showing up at the supermarkets.
Only thing is it’s rather lean. And there aren’t any butcher shops per se such as back in NYC.
But I made do with what I got. Recipe came out great with the lemon sauce.
