A lot of things have changed since I started my cooking channel in 2019.
Exciting things are happening...
This is what I'm all about in a nutshell:
I love showing people how to cook my favorite foods. I love making restaurant reviews.
I've even attempted a few food challenges. And lost miserably. My goal is to win at least one food challenge this year.
Most importantly, I love making documentaries. To showcase the hardworking mom-and-pop cooks that feed and fuel the working class.

Here's what I plan for the future:
Produce more cooking videos. Make better travel and food review content. Both in video and blog formats.
What I am most excited about is starting a new series of pizza restaurant reviews in Asia. Starting in Thailand, where I currently reside. Believe me, the pizza scene in Thailand is exploding and I can't wait to show everyone.
And I have so many stories to share in documentary style I would love to produce, about local small mom-and-pop restaurants in Thailand.
I will be covering diverse topics and I am thrilled and excited to share it all with you!
