THE CASE AGAINST BILL GATES: DEFENDANT IN DUTCH CIVIL LAWSUIT!
Official Fundraising for the The Narrative on Trial, the 22 October Press Conference and Ongoing Litigation activities: This is an authorised fundraising initiative for the official Press Conference on 22 October 2026 and for costs associated with the ongoing litigation before the District Court of the Northern Netherlands.
Win or lose, the truth is being put on the record. But a truth left unseen can still be buried. Our job now - and yours - is to make sure the world sees it.
The Narrative on Trial is an independent media and public-information project following the lawsuit brought in the Netherlands against the State of the Netherlands, Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Mark Rutte and fourteen other defendants from politics, business, media and science. The next substantive hearing on the merits takes place at the District Court of the Northern Netherlands in Leeuwarden on 22 October 2026.

We are also organising the press conference taking place after the hearing adjourns!
Any funds raised beyond our expenses will be donated directly to support the ongoing costs of the case!
Our aim is simple: to make the case accessible to the public and to ensure that people around the world can follow the proceedings, examine the documents and evidence for themselves, and hear directly from those involved.
We are building a comprehensive public information resource around the case, including a dedicated website providing a clear case overview, the Case File, court documents, expert witness evidence, interviews, video and media coverage, together with translations of important court documents so that the proceedings can reach an international audience.
For 22 October, our work goes considerably further. In addition to organising the press conference (so far on an entirely volunteer basis) we are raising funds to enable an independent media team to travel to Leeuwarden to document and report on the substantive hearing and surrounding events. Travel and on-location production are among our largest expenses. We are also funding the professional crew, technical equipment and infrastructure required to livestream the press conference, record interviews and produce high-quality independent media and documentary material from the Netherlands.
Your support helps fund:
-- End to end organisation of the official Press Conference: organisation of the press conference, including raising funds to pay for the venue itself and AV Equipment necessary for the live stream.
-- The official press conference Live stream: including the professional crew, technicians, equipment and production costs required to bring it to an international audience.
-- Travel and on-location coverage in Leeuwarden: enabling our independent media team to be there, document events and bring the story to the wider world.
-- Independent media and documentary production: filming, interviews, editing, reporting and original content before, during and after the hearing.
-- The Narrative on Trial information website: providing the public with the case overview, hearing information, media, court documents, the Case File and expert witness evidence in one accessible place.
-- Translations: translating important court documents and other case material to make the proceedings accessible beyond the Netherlands.
-- Ongoing public access and reporting: maintaining the resources needed to continue documenting and communicating developments as the case progresses.
-- Funds in excess of costs will be contributed to costs of litigation: this fundraiser does not end on 22 October - we continue to support this case to the end!
Much of this work is being undertaken on a voluntary basis. We are committing our time, skills and energy because we believe proceedings of this significance should be documented thoroughly and made accessible to the public. But travel, professional production, livestreaming, technical services, translation, hosting and documentary work all carry real costs.
We therefore rely on public support to make this independent coverage possible.
Our commitment is to keep the eyes of the world on this case, on the proceedings and on the evidence as it is presented — and to provide the information and primary material that enables people to examine the case for themselves.
We must do the work that mainstream media is not doing. But we cannot do it alone.
Every contribution, large or small, helps us document the case, bring the 22 October hearing to an international audience and build a lasting public record of the proceedings.
Any funds raised above the amount required for the independent media and information project will be donated directly to contribute towards the costs of the case itself. We sincerely hope to raise enough not only to sustain this independent media effort, but also to help ensure that the case has the resources required to continue.
Thank you for helping us bring The Narrative on Trial to the world!
The fundraiser has been established and is administered by The Narrative on Trial, with the knowledge and appreciation of the lawyer representing the plaintiffs in the proceedings.
Funds raised will contribute directly towards the costs of delivering the Press Conference and international media operation, as well as legitimate costs associated with the continuing litigation activities.
The Narrative on Trial is independently organising, directing and producing the 22 October Press Conference and its associated international media operation.
For clarity, The Narrative on Trial is independent of the plaintiffs' law firm and is not itself providing legal representation.
