The Case Against Bill Gates!
THE CASE AGAINST BILL GATES: DEFENDANT IN DUTCH CIVIL LAWSUIT WITH CO-DEFENDANTS ALBERT BOURLA, MARK RUTTE, THE STATE OF THE NETHERLANDS AND 13 OTHERS!
Our fundraising supports the entire operation surrounding this case — from the Press Conference, international media, broadcast and public-information work to the costs of the ongoing litigation itself.
The Narrative on Trial is an independent media and public-information project officially supporting the lawsuit brought in the Netherlands against the State of the Netherlands, Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Mark Rutte and fourteen other defendants from politics, business, media and science.
The next substantive hearing on the merits takes place at the District Court of the Northern Netherlands in Leeuwarden on 22 October 2026. We are also organising and assisting in funding the Press Conference following the adjournment of the court hearing.
Our aim is simple: to make the case accessible to the public and to ensure that people around the world can follow the proceedings, examine the documents and evidence for themselves, and hear directly from those involved.
We have built a comprehensive public information resource around the case, including a dedicated website providing a clear case overview, the Case File, court documents, expert witness evidence, interviews, video and media coverage, together with translations of important court documents so that the proceedings can reach an international audience.
For 22 October, our work goes considerably further. In addition to organising the press conference, we are raising funds to enable an independent media team to travel to Leeuwarden to document and report on the substantive hearing and surrounding events. Travel and on-location production are among our largest expenses. We are also funding the professional crew, technical equipment and infrastructure required to livestream the press conference, record interviews and produce high-quality independent media and documentary material from the Netherlands.
Your support helps fund:
-- Funds raised will directly support the ongoing litigation and help ensure the case can continue.
-- End to end organisation of the press conference, including raising funds to pay for the venue itself and AV Equipment necessary for the live stream.
-- The official press conference Live stream: including the professional crew, technicians, equipment and production costs required to bring it to an international audience.
-- Travel and on-location coverage in Leeuwarden: enabling our independent media team to be there, document events and bring the story to the wider world.
-- Independent media and documentary production: filming, interviews, editing, reporting and original content before, during and after the hearing and press conference.
-- The Narrative on Trial information website: providing the public with the case overview, hearing information, media, translated court documents, the Case File and expert witness evidence in one accessible place.
-- Translations: continuous translations of important court documents and other case material to make the proceedings accessible beyond the Netherlands.
-- Ongoing public access and reporting: maintaining the resources needed to continue documenting and communicating developments as the case progresses.
Much of this work is being undertaken on a voluntary basis. We are committing our time, skills and energy because we believe proceedings of this significance should be properly supported, thoroughly documented and made accessible to the public.
This is the official fundraiser supporting both the ongoing litigation itself and the international media and public-facing operation surrounding the case.
Funds raised will help meet the costs of the litigation, while also enabling us to deliver the 22 October Press Conference, official livestream and international media operation, and to maintain the public case platform through which the evidence, documents and developments in the proceedings can be followed.
Travel, professional production, livestreaming, technical services, translation, hosting, documentary work and the organisation and delivery of an international Press Conference all carry very real costs. So too does continuing litigation of this scale.
We therefore rely on public support to help sustain both the case itself and the work required to bring it into public view.
Our commitment is to keep the eyes of the world on this case, on the proceedings and on the evidence as it is presented — and to provide the information and primary material that enables people to examine the case for themselves.
We must do the work that mainstream media is not doing. But we cannot do it alone!
Every contribution, large or small, will help support the continuing litigation and enable us to document the case, bring the 22 October hearing and Press Conference to an international audience, and build a lasting public record of these proceedings.
Your support does more than help us tell the world about this case. It helps support the case itself.
We sincerely hope to raise enough to meet the substantial costs of the Press Conference, media and public-information operation while also providing meaningful financial support towards the ongoing litigation and the resources required for it to continue.
Thank you for helping us bring The Narrative on Trial to the world!
