About Daniela Weiner
a professional pastry chef/blogger with celiac disease
Hi, my name is Daniela and I am the creator of "The Gluten Free Austrian". I put my heart and soul into creating recipes for you that work. Responding to your questions, giving requested advice, and creating FREE content for you to learn from takes a lot of time (and money). Since I pay everything out of my own pocket (there goes my savings...) I created this page to help keep me going and a way for you to say "Thank You"
