Heyy! I’m Nicole :) Small Business Consultant, Solopreneur, and Sagittarius ✨
I grew up around people building things of their own. My mom ran her own business. My extended family ran franchises. I had a front-row seat to what it takes to make something out of nothing, and to how much of a person it asks for. That shaped what I wanted to do with my life long before I had the words for it.
I spent the next decade inside franchise systems, supporting small business owners at scale. Brands that grew past 450 locations. A multi-state operator running more than 130 locations across 13 states. 85+ openings. My work was the unglamorous structure underneath all of it: onboarding programs, documentation, the systems that let an owner run their business instead of drown in it.
What I learned there is the thing I most want to hand back. Building something does take dedication, and it takes real sacrifice up front. But somewhere that got rewritten into a rule that says exhaustion is the permanent price of admission. It is not. Most of the time it is not grit at all, it is the absence of a system nobody ever showed you.
You don't know what you don't know. But someone does. That is the whole reason I do this work.
So that is The Embody Shop. I help small businesses get organized. Not tidy....though I am good at that too. Organized in the way that decides how much a business can actually hold, so the hard part stays at the beginning instead of becoming the whole story.
This is where my guides and workbooks live. Some are free, some are paid. All of them come out of real client work, and all of them are built to be used the same day you download them.
I want more owners to get to keep chasing the thing they started this for. That is genuinely the whole point.
