From the Heart, For the Journey

A message for those who’ve followed alongside me through the in-between …

I stepped away from the life I was told to want.
I left the job that was painfully crushing my spirit,
released the home, the car, the comfort of the known—
not because I had all the answers,
but because I couldn’t keep living out of alignment with myself.
Something in me knew there had to be another way—
a more honest, meaningful, and sustainable way of being.
These last ten years—and especially the in-between of these last fifteen months—have been a quiet, steady return.
A deliberate act of self-respect.
Not to prove anything, but to finally live in a way that feels true.

So I gave up what the world said would make me safe,
so I could remember what I came here to be.
But the unraveling didn’t end there.
When I returned to my home town, I entered a season of deep repair.
My body—exhausted from years of surviving—asked me to slow all the way down.
For months, I slept 10 to 12 hours a night.
I let nature hold me. I let friendships nourish me.
I let stillness begin to soften what had hardened in me.
I wasn’t just healing—I was finally learning how to feel safe in my own body again.

And then… my dog passed.
My greatest companion, my anchor, my last tether to the old life.
Her crossing felt like a final door closing.

All of it—every unraveling—has been part of the return.

I recently recorded a video sharing some thoughts about this chapter—
how it has stripped me bare and shown me who I really am.
You can watch it down below

And through it all, something beautiful has happened:

People have told me that witnessing my journey has inspired them. Made them want to heal. To live more fully and authentically. To soften. To believe again.

That is the greatest gift—one I don’t take lightly.
So much so, that I’ve been pouring my heart into creating tangible resources
for those seeking the knowledge, wisdom, and insights I once longed for.
I continue to show up - authentically and wholeheartedly - as a safe space, even in the midst of my own becoming. I offer my presence to guide, to teach, and to listen with empathy and without judgment.

With that in mind, I’ve created this space:
From the Heart, For the Journey.

If my words, my energy, or simply my presence has touched something in you… if you’ve felt seen, softened, or supported in any small way—know that your gratitude has a place to land. Your reciprocity is not expected, but it is deeply appreciated. When we give from the heart, we nourish not only the giver and the receiver, but the space between. This offering is my heart—for your journey. If you feel called to give back, know that it helps me continue to walk this path, so others may find it, too.

This isn’t charity. It’s a shared resonance. A sacred exchange of energy. A quiet ‘thank you’ that speaks directly to the soul. A gesture that says: I feel you, I honor you, I’m walking with you.

Your support helps me continue on this path with presence,
creating from the soul, and holding space for others in their becoming.

Part of what I’ve been healing is my relationship with worthiness, abundance, and being seen. For much of my life, I felt safer giving than receiving - believing I had to earn support, prove my value, or walk the path alone. But I now know that receiving is just as sacred as giving. This offering - this opening - is a stretch for me. A courageous act of visibility and vulnerability. And yet, it’s a necessary step toward rewriting the old stories… the ones that told me I had to stay small, unseen, unsupported. I’m learning to embody a new truth: that I am worthy of support, of abundance, of being seen and held, too.

I receive it with deep gratitude.
Thank you for being part of this unfolding.
