Two days from now, the first STARFIRE SIGNALS session goes live. Here is what a session looks like...
Soundcheck. We arrive on the Zoom call with time for everyone to say hello, and I set up the exercise we're going to be doing.
Transmission. We all mute audio and black our cameras for the duration of the exercise. You settle in with your headphones, and the streaming audio I provide guides you into a state of expanded awareness where your body rests deeply and your mind turns inward, so you become more conscious of your own inner resources and guidance.
Playback. When we come back, we have a sharing circle. You are not required to share, but it does make the experience better for you and for the other participants if you do. You will be learning from each other's experiences, as well as from me, in a safe setting.
You leave with the Tuning Protocol, a short solo practice you do at home between sessions, so what you learn on Tuesday keeps working the rest of the week.
