Your intuition is a signal. Everything else shouting for your attention all day is the static. Starfire Signals is a two-hour practice where you learn to tune past the static and receive what your own guidance is telling you.

No experience needed. No prior classes required. You can join for the first time during any session and get the full experience that day.

How it works

Every session uses Hemi-Sync, an audio technology developed by Robert Monroe - specific sound patterns played through stereo headphones that help guide your mind into specific states of consciousness. Monroe was a radio broadcasting executive before he ever studied consciousness. He applied what he knew about sound to the mind. This class will help you build your intuition, to build the receiver.

The tracks we will be listening to are all focused on intuition and/or on receiving guidance. The tracks rotate every session, so no two sessions are the same, and every meditation stands on its own. You can come by for any session you want and you will have a different experience. You do not need to have attended on the other days to understand what we are doing. You can come by for any session when you have the time and you want to spend it with us in class developing your intuition.

What a session looks like

Soundcheck. We arrive on the Zoom call with time for everyone to say hello. I set up the exercise we're going to be doing.

Transmission. We all mute audio and black our cameras for the duration of the exercise. You settle in with your headphones, and the streaming audio which I will provide guides you into the state.

Playback. When we come back, we have a sharing circle. You are not required to share, but it does make the experience better for you and for the other participants if you do - you will be learning from each other's experiences, as well as from me, in a safe setting. If anything feels too personal to share, opt for sharing the mechanics of the experience itself instead. It's fine to omit any details you do not want to share.

What you'll take with you

Over the course of your attendance, you will experience a widening, a deepening, and an expanding of your access to your own intuition and your connection with your guidance, as well as enhanced relaxation techniques.

You will also leave your first session with the Tuning Protocol, a short solo practice you can run at home between sessions. It follows the same three beats as the class.

When you commit to a few minutes each day of this on your own, you will see that each time you return to class, the signal gets easier to find.

What you need

A comfortable and quiet place to do the meditations. Comfortable stereo headphones to use in order to participate and utilize the audio tracks effectively. I will be providing you with streaming links for each session so that you will be able to use these on your computers or your handheld devices - whatever works best for you.

Keep your baseline

If you ordinarily drink coffee or smoke cigarettes or you take medication each day, please continue to do exactly what you ordinarily do on the day of the class. Now is not the time to change this. It's better to have a baseline for knowing what you ordinarily are like to know how the meditations are impacting you so that you are able to self-regulate. It's much easier to notice differences if everything else in your life remains the same. So, please maintain stasis for the duration of the program.

During the session

When we go into the meditation session, please leave Zoom on, but go ahead and black out your camera and mute your mic. When we return from meditation, bring your camera back on and leave your mic muted unless you are currently sharing/conversing. This system will prevent background noise from impacting the experiences of others. Thank you in advance for your help with that!

Your trainer

I'm Demi Pietchell, founder of The Starfire Codes and a certified Monroe Institute Outreach Trainer. I lead workshops in Hemi-Sync states, including Exploring Consciousness, Living From The End, and Shift Your Timeline, and I run MCG Starfire, a weekly virtual Monroe community group. I'm also a professional diviner. Reading for clients is how I earn my living, which means intuition is a skill I use on the job every single day, the same way a carpenter uses a level. This class teaches you the receiving side of what I practice professionally - how to get quiet, tune in, and trust what comes through.
