OUR SONIA AND NIGEL DUO IS HEADING TO EUROPE!!

We are Sonia & Nigel, a NZ-based acoustic duo - Sonia Wilson on vocals and ukulele & Nigel Gavin on 7-string guitar.
On May 5th 2026, we will be flying from Auckland to France to begin our first French-European tour 🎶
This journey is entirely self-booked and self-funded, so every "coffee", every share, and every bit of support helps us keep the music rolling, with fuel in our tank, and our spirits high.

The name of our tour (above) speaks to the fact that this tour is only possible through the kindness and generosity of family, friends, friends of friends, friends of friends of friends and even strangers. Though it's a daunting time to set out on an international adventure of such epic proportions, we reckon it's also the perfect time to put our music at the service of celebrating community, reconnecting with our European whānau and building new and joyful connections across borders 🌐
