Binaural Beats have been shown to reduce levels of stress and anxiety.
The Binaural Beat frequencies may influence brainwaves—a process known as entrainment.
Examples of entrainment include gently rocking a baby to sleep or dozing off on a moving train.
Historically, entrainment has been used in ceremonial chanting and dancing to enter trance-like states.
Today, many people use it for relaxation, sleep, or meditation.
