I don't want to give away too many details yet, but if you're here you deserve extra. So to let you know I did indeed make it across the Gulf Stream safely. I did NOT end up where I want to be. Y'all, it was a crazy ride is all I can say. It was not unsafe - BUT - it was absolutely not comfortable.
But I'm here, I'm safe, Sea Lili is fine. She does better than I do. There is a steep learning curve to this Bahamas cruising. Not at all like sailing the St. Johns river back home. But it's nice, I'm learning, the people are super nice and so laid back.
