Why create the Sacred Period Lounge and Why choose Buy Me a Coffee?
I created the Sacred Period Lounge because most groups I've joined in the past end up with more toxic posts than helpful or informative. And I choose Buy Me a Coffee to host the group because it offers people a space away from the clutter of social networks. I have often found myself hopping on Facebook and even Reddit, to check in with a group, only to end up in some sort of emotional breaking point due to seeing the overwhelm of everything in my feed. By keeping this group away from that emotional drain, we can focus on meeting the group's needs better.
