Christ's statement that "the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few" is keenly felt by rural parishes, who struggle to fund youth ministry programs or find adults who feel confident enough to run them. Rural Catholic Youth Ministry steps into that gap by offering an online training course for adults to start and run a "simple and sustainable" youth group, as well as by offering 1-1 coaching and an online community for rural youth ministers to support one another.
