That's me. William Cooke. And I am not unaware of the irony. I'm a WSET certified wine lover, who stopped drinking and sadly had a long break with nothing to be enthusiastic about in the wine world. But the explosion of high-quality non-alcoholic wines means I finally have something to write about again.
