Join The Red Rebel Collective's Rebel Hearts Club and be part of a community that is saying YES to cyclical living and living in harmony with your natural state and NO to stress, burnout and ignoring who we really are.

This Red Tent is for you if you want to:

Gather in circle and hold space for other women and people who bleed

Carve out time every month to nourish your physical, emotional and spiritual self

Increase inner harmony and strengthen your connection to your menstrual cycle

Discover how cyclical living can help ease menstrual symptoms

Develop a sense of gratitude for Menstruation

Restore the Divine Feminine to the world we live in

Fight the patriarchy!

WHEN?

We meet every month in our virtual Red Tent over Zoom on the Sunday closest to New Moon. We come together to share and hold space for each other, releasing what no longer serves us and setting intentions for the coming cycle. We'll also do a self care practice inspired by the Inner Seasons of the menstrual cycle. The circle will be open for approx 60-90 minutes.

Joining our Red Tent also includes an invitation to the Red Rebels private WhatsApp group.

You will also receive:

1 x An introduction to Menstrual Cycle Awareness Ebook (for total cycle awareness newbies and those who want to pimp up their practice)

1 x monthly musical mantra or song selected carefully from the Rebel Seasons playlists

1 x oracle card reading every month from the Red Rebel oracle decks

1 x Hormone Heroine every month - highlighting a practice, person, therapy or treatment that can help nourish your menstrual cycle

PLUS Early access and discounts for my online courses and shop.

HOW DO I JOIN?

The exchange to join this Red Tent is a 'Pay What You Can' format (with a £5 minimum), with 10% donated to charity. I've chosen this format to ensure that I can cover running costs, include more people and give back to charity. Please bear that in mind when making your monthly donation - the current organisations I support are Bumi Sehat, Bali Street Mums, Women's Aid in the UK and the Amazon Rainforest Conservancy. (I donate to these four on rotation every quarter of the year).

I have chosen to run this as a monthly membership in order to take you on a journey through the year and beyond...we will travel through the three layers of cyclical living - the cycle of the seasons, the cycle of the moon and of course the menstrual cycle.

To join, please choose the Membership button and press 'Join' where you will be asked to enter an amount. Please note you can cancel anytime (no scary contracts here - once you cancel you will not be charged again once the current membership period ends (30 days))

Can I try it out first? Sure! If you just want to attend a one-off circle, you can do so buy purchasing a ticket - just head to the 'Extras' tab at the top of this page.

Dates for upcoming circles can be found here: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/redrebels/dates-for-upcoming-red-tent-circles

Also, if you are unable to contribute financially but would be keen to attend a circle, please let me know at theredrebelcollective@gmail.com as I reserve a few sponsored spaces each month.

Thank you so much !

From my womb to yours,

Lisa xx
