Not much of a literary goal here. More of a pic dump from the local Beef, Beer, and Wine festival. I promise, there is a post coming soon but we're packing and getting ready to head for Yellowstone.
I will say this: The food was beyond compare due mainly to the quality of the local Beef. The skirt steak tacos we had were insane and they were free. And I FINALLY made it to Reata Mexican Steak House for Calf Fries (basically fried calf balls) and they were freaking amazing.
For the love of God, step out of your comfort zone, travel and see this amazing country we have, and live well before you die! There are seven days in a week and not one of them is called "Someday".
