I started off my birthday month by exercising my first amendment right at a Workers Over Billionaires Protest in Peterborough, NH.
My sign references a Labor protest song, written by a coal miners wife after an unpleasant visit from a sheriff trying to intimidate her,
What I learn from these protests
I talk to people at these events and they tell me their stories. This woman asked if I would take a photo of her with her wheelchair-bound husband. She explained that the DOGE cuts might affect the MEDICAID benefit that provides day care. If it does, I doubt that that will of much concern to the Oligarchs and lackeys that are running the show.
