simplifying what healthy means through fun recipes & helpful content
Hey there! 👋
I'm Matt, and if you've landed on this page, you probably have a good idea of who I am already. If I'm a total stranger to you, just know that I'm a guy who is trying to help people understand the basics of nutrition and make sense of what "healthy living" means in a fun way.
I created this page as a place to connect with you guys on a more personal level. I love social media, but I'm at the mercy of algorithms outside of my control, so there are many times when people simply do not see my content. But here, you'll see exactly what you want to!
If you join on a monthly basis, you'll get a ton of really amazing perks that are outlined here, and you'll also be able to connect with me (and Ace, of course) on a much more personal level.
The biggest advantage to being a monthly supporter is that you get my recipes as I make them, which is sometimes WEEKS before they make it onto my blog or social media. Plus, you can ask questions directly on the post and get answers from me 100% of the time.
If you simply want to support my content on a one-off basis, that's still amazing! Anything you can contribute will go right back into my content creation.
This page is brand new, so as it grows and I learn what kinds of content you guys find the most beneficial, it will evolve and grow to provide you with as much value as possible.
