About Lutfi Rosli
The aim is to share short stories, prose and poetry that run the gamut from irreverent, acerbically funny to romantically wistful ... or sometimes darkly disturbing. Regardless of your personal tastes I hope they will delight, thrill and titillate you. Inspiration for my writings come from the many folklore and legends from the Southeast Asian region as well as my own life experiences and observations. I was born and raised in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. I am of mixed heritage: Malay, Indonesian, Arabic and English. I built a career as a corporate trainer specializing in soft skills and sales for several IT conglomerates while pursuing artistic pursuits—writing, drawing and painting—as a paying hobby. My writings have been included in 1. "If I Were A House," a compilation of poetry and drawings by Kobayaashi Studios. 2. "Vellichor" an upcoming collection of Gothic prose and poetry by Willow and Thorn in Jan 2024.

Are you? Will you linger at the table Smacking your lips Sniffing the air Scenting my shame all over As you file me down to a nub of useless bone refusing support
