With decades of collective experience in all areas of the restaurant business, we won't be providing the usual 'cheerleading/look at me' videos prevalent today. Instead we'll provide insightful, honest, and 'down to Earth' reviews. To make sure our comments and critiques are as real as possible we have decided to remain anonymous.
Having appeared on several nationally aired segments on The Food Network, Cooking Channel, and Travel Channel, we know how notoriety can affect how other treatment you. With this in mind we have elected to remain anonymous and not show ourselves in our videos. Also, every place we include in a video will have no prior knowledge of our intentions. And, in almost all cases, we will only film after making several anonymous visits first.
