Hi, I’m Leisha D’Angelo, and I advocate for dogs in urgent and often overlooked cases.

My work has been featured on Fox News, WHSV News, WRAL News, UpClose Magazine, Blaze Media, Sean Hannity, Jesse Waters Show and the Daily Mail, helping bring national attention to cases that might otherwise go unheard.

Through direct outreach, media engagement, and on-the-ground advocacy, I work to push for fair outcomes and support families navigating complex legal dog cases. I also help fundraise for dog parents facing overwhelming attorney fees and emergency medical bills.

I’m currently working toward legislative change through Hachi’s Law, an effort to create fairer dog laws and prevent families from losing their pets over minor incidents without proper safeguards. After helping save dogs like Hachi and Jack from wrongful euthanasia orders, my goal is to fix the system so others don’t have to go through the same fight.
