On 7th December 2021, I embarked on a journey to walk the camino from Ommen in the north east Netherlands to Santiago De Compostela in northwest Spain. The total journey is estimated to be 2022klm - which I just discovered!! - and my intention is to arrive by the first days of March (3months).

On Dec 10, I received 20€ from the family that hosted me in Putten. I felt a bit shy to accept the money, however I did received it. Later during the day a friend who follows my journey on social media proposed this platform so people could support my journey this way. I got the hint this could be something to learn in this journey as well. Later in the evening, a family friend sent me a recorded message about her availability to financially support my journey. I received the message from the universe, and therefore I created this account.
