creating educational resources on nutrition and menstrual health
Hi! I'm Kristen, a Boston-based holistic nutritionist, menstrual health educator, writer, podcaster, and the founder of Good Witch Kitchen.
Accessibility in wellness is a core value of mine and I regularly create free educational resources in the form of blogs, podcasts, newsletters, social media, and more.
Has my work helped you to have a happier period? Do you enjoy the content I put out each week and want a simple way to say thanks? You can send your moonbeams my way with this virtual tip jar.
As a team of one trying to balance accessibility and sustainability, your support is deeply appreciated.
Thank you!
Kristen Ciccolini

Maybe you often eat as you’re running out the door to work, or you forgot to eat all while running from one meeting to the next so you inhale an entire day’s worth of food when you get home. How does it feel when you eat that way? Did you get a chance to actually...
