Sharing my quit nicotine journey, free multilingual ebooks, and provin
I smoked for 47 years — from age 16 to 63. It took a health scare to finally make me stop.
That wake-up call changed everything. I quit cold, and I never looked back.
Now at 63, I'm not just smoke-free — I'm chasing a goal that shocks people: 6 pack abs at 64. Because if I can quit after 47 years, I can do anything.
I speak 8 languages and I'm sharing my journey through free multilingual ebooks — so no matter where you're from, you can access my story and tools to quit too.
