Why does it feel awkward making friends when you become an adult? Why is something that feels natural when we are young, suddenly becomes this huge mind-game we're playing?
Every time I moved to a new city, I'm face with the same decision: Keep hanging out with my online friends or go out and meet new people? Of course, the answer is do both. But talking is easier than doing.
I'm considering creating a series of essays and exercises into friendships. Some personal, some science based. All with the goal to help you have a better understanding on friendship.
