I am an Ecotherapist and Rewilder. I work with severe stress and trauma, child and adult sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, DV, dissociation and all the other complexities that comes with having lived in or experienced abusive and violent situations. I take an holistic approach and strongly believe in the support from nature and non-human beings, together with expressive arts, movement and mindfulness.
I am an activist, bridge builder, community organizer, photographer, writer and artist. I love building communities, but I am also a "one woman think tank".
