Hi, I'm Jeff, a firefighter/paramedic and the person behind this project.

I've seen firsthand how being prepared can make all the difference in case of emergency. That's why I created Emergency Medical Form-to help families and first responders when every second counts.

Through Financial Health, I also help people protect what they have and grow what they're building. To me, emergency and financial preparedness go hand in hand.
