| INGREDIENT |

  • 1 block of firm tofu

  • 145 g lean beef

  • 64 g mustard green

  • 1 medium egg

  • black pepper

  • salt

  • soy sauce

| DIRECTION |

  1. Froze the tofu in the freezer a night before

  2. Defrost the tofu and squeeze the water out

  3. Fry the tofu in a pan until no more moisture

  4. Put the tofu aside

  5. Start the pan with some oil

  6. Fry garlic and protein of your choice together

  7. Add in egg (optional)

  8. Add seasonings

  9. Add mustard green and tofu

  10. Serve when all ingredients are cooked 💖
