There are so many precious things to say about you, Christine, your podcast, and your guests: the storytelling; the cadence and flow; the pushing and pulling decisions involved in moving abroad; the discussions of departure/arrival days; the joy it brings, and the telling of the sometimes-hardships, too; the thoughtfulness; the wanderlust; the critical thinking; the humor; the vibe; the love; how you lean into discussion about the "soft life;" the info and curiosity; the dreaming and the yearning of travel and inspiration to live abroad; your Instagram story carousels that, to me, evoke all of the aforementioned (they're just really cool and dreamy and comforting, too); the strength, courage, determination, open-mindednesses of the global citizens who are your guests; the way you ask/offer-up your questions (which speak volumes) and let your guests just speak (volumes) for themselves; and so much more. I eagerly await the time that I can take to listen to your podcast, which brings me hope and joy and makes me feel good. I happen to be a caucasion American woman, but I am a fellow traveler and global citizen, with a long-ago hope to live abroad someday (I used live in Spain during my college years in the 90s) -- even though (and maybe especially because?) I am 50 and have a family in tow. And I relate in my own way to your guests (for example, I from Michigan originally and an unschooling Mom like Ani and just need to go!). Furthermore and finally, I really enjoy the lens and perspective of you and your guests and your podcast as a whole, and that you-all offer up tales of life outside of the American experience. When the time is right, I can't wait to invest in your Move Abroad with Intention Resources. Thank you for all that you do, giving voice to Black Women and to me as Woman, your insights into travel and living abroad, your resources, and more. I really love your podcast.
