Hey!
My name is Laura. I am a girl that went from a depression to happiness. From sitting on the sofa to moving for fun and from now doing sports to competing at Hyrox events.
I had nothing with sports and now I am a licensed fitnesstrainer, personal trainer and hyrox trainer. I also am hyrox Ambassador in the Benelux and do my duty as a headjudge.
I want to inspire, motivate and get inspired by all the people out there that see some of themselves in me.
In the 24-25 hyrox season, I was awarded the inspirational athlete of the year award at the Hyrox World Championships in Chicago. A great honor but certainly not my finish line.
