Life is always complicated, right? Last week while training my dogs I stumbled and went down with my foot in the wrong direction. It hurt like crazy and there were some nasty noises, so off I headed for A&E. An hour later, x-rays revealed no break but a bad sprain and I am walking around in one of those Frankenstein boots.
