My love affair with yoga began a few years ago when I experienced peace and relaxation in my body and mind during a yoga class. Since then, I have been deeply addicted to the charm of yoga and have continued to pursue further study and study.
I am here to share my yoga journey, documenting my experiences and insights in the practice in words and pictures. I also hold regular online yoga classes to help more people experience the benefits of yoga and achieve a healthy balance of body and mind.
I believe yoga is a unique form of practice that can help us find inner peace and keep our bodies healthy. I hope that through my sharing, I can inspire more people to try yoga and enjoy this wonderful journey of practice together.
