I’m asking for something that is incredibly difficult for me to ask.
I recently (last Thursday) lost my beloved Jackie—my “Pretty Girl,” my best friend, and the closest thing to a child I ever had. She was so much more than a pet. She was my constant companion, my source of unconditional love, warmth, comfort, and joy. The house feels painfully empty without her.
I am trying to raise enough money to cover Jackie’s cremation expenses so that I can bring her ashes home and keep her with me. Having a physical reminder of her and knowing that she is still here with me in some way means more than I can put into words.
If you are able to contribute—even a few dollars—it would mean the world to me. If you aren’t in a position to give, simply sharing this post would help tremendously.
