The Heat Trap: Excessive heat and sweating because gravity traps me in one position, causing a build-up.
The Tossing & Turning: I shift constantly because my body is subconsciously trying to find a comfortable, pressure-free position.
The Deep Fatigue: I sleep 8 hours but still feel crushed and unrecovered in the morning (the relentless pull is winning).
