What comes to mind when you see this piece?

This metal sculpture has soft curves and nature inspired mirror images from left to right. Not normally what you might think of when you hear the words; metal sculpture.

This is my representation of a uterus. I found inspiration from how many depict this organ with flowers but I began my sketches in a different way with the vases that hold these flowers.

Those long skinny necks that bloom outwards to have such large round bodies of water. They aren't ideal for more than a flower or two but give the stems more than plentiful space for stability. That shape felt feminine to me. Simple, elegant, and incredibly un-proportioned for the life it holds.
