Who I am and What I am Doing

I am a passionate animal conservationist and researcher dedicated to owl conservation in Georgia. Currently, I’m involved in two exciting owl projects, and by summer of 2025, we have successfully installed 53 nest boxes for Barn Owls and 50 for Scops Owls.

How I am Going to Spend Your Money

By choosing one of the Membership options, your annual contribution will directly fund the creation and installation of nest boxes for Scops and Barn Owls. You can see what these boxes look like in the Gallery. Artificial nest boxes are vital for owls as they provide safe breeding sites in areas with limited natural habitats. They protect eggs and young owls from predators and support conservation efforts, helping owl populations thrive.

Your "coffee" support will help raise funds for essential equipment, such as additional trail cameras, a thermal vision camera, and a new pair of binoculars. This equipment is crucial for conducting expeditions to locate and monitor owl populations in their habitats.
