I've spent 15 years building web products and led distributed teams. Migrated systems. Shipped features.
Along the way: built a house, moved countries (twice), started running, launched projects that failed.

Now I'm building:
→ syn-co.me — a timezone tool for remote teams. No sign-ups, no tracking, just works.
→ time tracker — a minimalist logger to understand where your time actually goes. No productivity BS, just awareness. Built it for myself, now testing with others.

I'm also writing about:

→ making simple tools that respect your time
→ running (because debugging code while running clears the mind)
