Part of what makes me The Multidimensional Mami™️ is how I am always evolving, ascending, and oscillating between worlds.
I live part-time in the spirit realm where I help families call in the spirits of their future babies and bring them earthside, wrapping new parents in love and support during their first 40 days postpartum, and holding families as they heal through the grief, loss, trauma, and ancestral wounds that can come alive when you become a parent.
The rest of the time I live here, in the 3D realm where I share my gifts of writing, artistry, music, and I help folks heal their relationship with their bodies and voices in doing so.

Whether you've been rockin' with me from the beginning in 2013 when I started my first business, Ma Mi Amor Birth, or whether you found me on IG and you've just joined this community recently, I'm super excited to share with you the latest branch to The Multidimensional Mami™️ brand as we continue to grow and expand our offerings and services for BIPOC baddies who are ready to share their voices and their stories.

I launched my podcast, The Embodiment Project in 2020 during the pandemic. I taught myself how to record, edit, mix, and master each episode, how to add show notes and links, and how to market and promote each episode so that it would reach the right audience.
I spent years learning how to perfect my episodes through trial and error, hard work, and perseverance. Aside from the technical side of running a podcast, I also found it extremely healing and cathartic to host my own platform where I get to share myself with listeners in an intimate setting. I got to interview and speak with some of my favorite people in the world about topics that are near and dear to our hearts, and I got to share their stories with a wider audience as well. It was such a great time creating this project and I don't think it will ever be done with it.
Though I have taken a step back from producing my own podcast over the last couple of years, it remains a project, My Embodiment Project, that I continue to return to time and time again when I have something I think could be helpful for other folks to hear and explore with me.
