It's official: I have tea for sale. I did it! :D
I can't even begin to express how excited I am about this. I don't know if I've said this before (or how often I've said it, lol) but I've been dreaming of having my own line of tea blends since 2020 when I first got healthy. Why tea? Glad you asked.
Tea was my BFF (best fasting friend) and helped me lose weight, get through cravings during hormonal swings, gave me a treat when I didn't need the comfort food, helped me balance those hormones and brain chemicals, stuck by my side as I lowered my insulin resistance, and, well, it was absolutely delish and sooo good for me. I wanted to share that with the world.
I had a lot of friends who were hopping on the nutrition train with me, bettering their lifestyles and testing out fasting methods (or just time-restricted eating, whatever works for you!) but a lot of them found that plain black tea or coffee (great fasting tools) was getting boring, and the store-bought varieties were either loaded with sugars (or fruits that are high in sugars) or their flavors were just WAY too intense.
My teas are designed to be delicious right off the steep. No additions necessary! And for the most part, my teas are all fasting safe! (I list in the description whether they pass my personal opinion for being good during a fast.) The fan favorite is the Chai Rose. Chai has always been a beloved flavor but store brands are SO strong, oh my gosh. I can't drink them plain, I always need milk to mellow them out. Not my Chai Rose! I'm so proud of it. And I love it.
That's probably what matters most. I love them. I'm passionate about them. They helped me, and at the end of the day, my greatest hope is that they help someone else, too. Either to get through a fast, to enjoy a new drink without needing to add a ton of sugar, or to just find some peace for a few minutes in their day.
Why tea? That's why.
And now it's available! My shipping countries are a little limited at the moment, but hopefully one day I can really spread my wings (or uh...leaves? lol) and offer these to the whole world. Ah, the next dream. Haha. Happy sipping!
