Two decades on the streets of Melbourne. Fifteen years in church leadership. Three kids, two day jobs, and a conviction that the gospel is worth ordering a life around.

I serve as the director of Evangelism Down Under Ltd, an Australian charity I founded that has its own board of directors. Within this charity I run Living Waters Down Under, the official agency for Ray Comfort's ministry across Australia and New Zealand. A common assumption is that the work here is funded from the USA. It isn't. Living Waters Down Under operates independently, raising its own support here in Australia and New Zealand. Personally, I've chosen not to draw a salary from it, keeping overheads low and giving me the flexibility to follow wherever the Lord leads, whether that's within Living Waters or broader.

Alongside running the ministry, I serve as an elder at my local church, under the oversight of a plurality of elders. Two decades of street evangelism and 15+ years of church leadership have shaped a settled conviction: faithfulness to Scripture, not trends, is what produces lasting fruit.

Much of what I do is built around coming alongside the local church, supporting pastors, training believers, and producing resources Christians can use freely. The goal is to partner with local churches, not undermine them.

The strategy is simple: train people, build resources, translate widely. Training multiplies; as Moody put it, "I'd rather send a thousand to work than do the work of a thousand." Resources scale, since anyone around the world can access, print, and distribute them. Translation reaches the people most other ministries overlook. And if our Lord tarries, all three are designed to outlast me.

Most resources are free or near-cost, and the ones I produce are deliberately released free of restrictive copyright so the global church can use them.

Currently I work two day jobs to support my wife and three kids, which means ministry happens in the margins: early mornings, late nights, weekends. Every gift, no matter the size, buys back time from those day jobs and puts it directly into ministry service.

If even a handful of people stand with me month by month, it tips the balance from ministry in the margins to ministry as a vocation.
