Belfry on Cathedral Square (https://maps.app.goo.gl/7yQt6aMaPXhyQkyM7) — one of the my favorite observation deck (you can see the sculptures on the Cathedral, Cathedral Square and a full view of Gediminas Avenue):
Gediminas Castle Tower, or course (https://maps.app.goo.gl/APRD7JBArWDGzrRT6) — general view of the Old Town + view of the modern part (you can definitely climb it once, there is a funicular):
The Hill of Three Crosses (https://maps.app.goo.gl/cFMgtpzk9B6kt65k9) — the highest observation point. But you need to be prepared for a relatively difficult climb up the endless stairs :)

The terrace can be reached by elevator located in the business center (separate entrance through the inner square, located on Dainavos St., next to the Yellow restaurant entrance). The cafe is closed in winter, but access to the roof is available.
